It all started in the kitchen.  Growing up as a kid, I used to spend hours watching my mom cook.  This sauce has been used in our family for generations.  At the tender age of 11, I started making the sauce myself, cooking for my parents, brothers, and sisters on weekends.  Later, after I graduated from high school, I moved away to go to college, but this sauce followed me. I even used this same sauce to enhance food I used to cook in my dormitory kitchen!  To today, where my wife and I are still using this sauce in our own cooking.  After years of enjoying this sauce, we have now decided to share it with everyone.

Years of working in the produce industry have helped me understand the importance of using fresh ingredients.  SansSouci sauce is made with all-natural fresh produce and herbs.
